The Alaska Aces shut out the Colorado Eagle's in a 4 - 0 victory, Friday at the Sullivan.
After a scoreless first period, Wes Goldie got the ball rolling with the power play goal assisted by Brian Miller and Brandon Gentile. The Aces continued to dominate the period, but were unable to net one again until the third.
Two minutes into the final period, Garry Nunn found the back of the net unassisted to give Alaska the cushion. Also adding to the final were Dan Kissel and Nick Mazzolini.
Adam Courchaine ended the evening with 19 saves.
Alaska looks for the clean sweep, hosting the final game of 3 Saturday evening, at 7pm.
