ANCHORAGE, Alaska—
An afternoon fire consumed a mobile home in South Anchorage on Tuesday, according to the Anchorage Fire Department.The blaze happened on the 1200 block of W Dimond Blvd in the Dimond Estates Trailer Park around 2:04 p.m. Tuesday.
One of the residents from the trailer reported smoke inside and underneath the unit.
The first arriving units advised that was smoke showing and crews began looking for the source.
AFD said the trailer is considered a total loss, however all occupants were able to safely escape without injuries.
